  • By Jeepney: Take a jeepney route "Sasa - Maa" (if available) or any jeepney going "Downtown" (e.g., "Sasa - Uyanguren" or "Sasa - Roxas"). Get off at Bankerohan Market. From Bankerohan, cross the bridge and take a "Maa" jeepney. Ask the driver to drop you off at Sunny Point Hotel.

📍 From Mintal

  • By Car/Taxi/Grab: ~25–40 minutes via McArthur Highway
  • By Jeepney: Ride any jeepney bound for "Roxas". Get off at Matina Crossing/Centerpoint. Ride a jeep going "Downtown" (e.g. Toril, Quirino, Bankerohan). Get off at NCCC Maa. From there, take a "Maa" jeepney. Ask the driver to drop you off at Sunny Point Hotel.

  • By Car/Taxi/Grab: ~10–20 minutes via McArthur Highway.
  • By Jeepney: From McArthur Highway, ride any jeepney going "Downtown" (e.g., "Toril - Roxas," "Ulas - Roxas"). Get off at Bankerohan Market. Cross the bridge to find the "Maa" jeepney route and ask the driver to drop you off at Sunny Point Hotel.

📍 From Francisco Bangoy International Airport (Davao Airport)

  • By Car/Taxi/Grab: ~20–30 minutes. This is the most recommended option.
  • By Jeepney: Walk out of the airport gate to JP Laurel Avenue. Ride a jeepney heading "Downtown" or "Bankerohan." Get off at Bankerohan Market. From there, take a "Maa" jeepney and ask the driver to drop you off at Sunny Point Hotel.

💡 Updated Tips:

  • Fares: As of 2024/2025, the minimum jeepney fare is ₱13 for traditional jeepneys and ₱15 for modern jeepneys. Fares increase based on distance.
  • Transport Modernization: Davao City is gradually phasing out old jeepneys and introducing the new Davao Bus System. Routes and vehicle types may change.
  • Easiest Option: For first-time visitors or those with luggage, Grab or a taxi is the most reliable and direct way to get to the hotel's correct Ma-a Road location.
  • Ask the Driver: Always confirm your destination with the jeepney driver (e.g., "Maa, Sunny Point?").

  • By Jeepney: Ride a jeepney heading to Uyanguren / Roxas / San Pedro (Downtown) → get off at Roxas Avenue (Ateneo area) → Ride a jeepney going north → get off at Central Convenience Store right after Gaisano Mall of Davao → short walk to Palpitate Coffee.

  • By Car/Taxi/Grab: ~15–25 minutes via McArthur Highway → Bankerohan → CM Recto → Roxas Avenue → Teodoro Palma Gil St.
  • By Jeepney: Take a jeepney signed Downtown / Roxas / San Pedro → Ride a jeepney going north → get off at Central Convenience Store right after Gaisano Mall of Davao → short walk to Palpitate Coffee.

  • Jeepneys passing Roxas Ave. are frequent; once there, it's just a short walk to Palpitate.

Due to the recent earthquakes in the Davao Region, a portion of the Quezon, Bukidnon–Davao road has collapsed and is currently impassable.
